Dale moved in to his new home two years ago. The builders installed a Samsung Air Source Heat Pump which was connected to under-floor heating covering each of the 3 floors.
Dale booked a system health check and service to review the operation of his system as he had noticed the heat pump was running as well as it had been previously.
Shane and Roly visited the property in Mildenhall, Suffolk. Their initial findings showed the system was set-up incorrectly and there were broken parts causing the heat pump to run inefficiently. Shane and Roly serviced the system and showed Dale how to use the system most efficiently.
