“I was despairing of finding a suitably qualified engineer in East Anglia who would carry out my overdue annual service for my LG Air Source Heat Pump. After long fruitless searches on the web and by email a new site popped up – ‘Servicemyheatpump’ in Cambridgeshire.
A call back and home visit from Roland were swiftly forthcoming and could not have been more professional and helpful.  Explanation of the systems involved was readily understood by me as a layman.
He checked back with the supplier on several technical issues and has advised on important faults in the original installation back in 2018 (in the heady days of government funded support for transition from gas). We hope this will lead to these being rectified by the agency responsible.
I’ll certainly be using Roland again for next year’s service!
