Reasons for a service or system check
Some of the reasons you might consider having your system checked are:

Our team of engineers are qualified and accredited
Our service engineers have been designing, installing, commissioning and servicing air source heat pumps for many years. They hold the latest City and Guild qualifications in plumbing, heating and refrigerant, plus BPEC qualifications in heat pumps and unvented domestic hot water cylinders. They have undertaken specific, advanced Manufacturer training with Panasonic, Nibe, Mitsubishi, Vaillant, Hitachi, Daikin, Kensa, Samsung with others being added as time allows.
What our service visit includes
Our initial inspection confirms that your heat pump has been installed correctly. We then check the settings to confirm that your equipment is working effectively and efficiently. If needed, our manufacturer-accredited engineer will highlight and explain any adjustments or modifications that may be needed, and where necessary, carry them out. Our aim is that on completion of our visit, your system is set up correctly and running to the optimum.
